How to Find Your Welcome Email and Login Details
As soon as payment has been made, our system automatically sends you an email with details on how to log in to the Kids Entertainer Academy Resource.
Sometimes emails can seem as if they have got lost when they don't appear in your inbox as they should.
If your welcome email has not yet arrived, don't panic.
Most often it has been sent but it can happen that certain email services can misfile it.
This section will help you find your welcome email and login details.
Spam
Spam is a word that is ued to describe emails that are unwelcome "junk emails". They are usually from people trying to sell you stuff you don't want or need.
Some email services like Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail etc, decide if an email is spam, or a promotional email, for you.
The email service then automatically files that email in a special file called spam or promotion and you don't see it in your inbox.
When you join KEA and your welcome email is sent to you, it can sometimes happen that your email provider sees the email as spam.
How to find your login details
- Go into your mailbox and try doing a search of your inbox for "zivi@kidsentertainerhub.com" as this is the address I send the emails from.
- If that doesn't work the try searching for "login details for Kids Entertainer Resources" as this is the email subject line.
- If that doesn't work then please email me zivi@kidsentertainerhub.com and I will look into if for you.
